DePierre finished fifth in the high jump at the Division2 state meet on May 30. She won Wolverine Conference and regional championships in the high jump, long jump and the 400-meter dash.

Bronner, who is going to Valparaiso on a volleyball scholarship, has won six individual state titles during her Frankenmuth track career.

She finished as a three-year state medalist, capped her with her state-championship leap of 17 feet, 11.75 inches this spring.

Abbie Porter of South Christian proved to the entire state how talented of a runner she has become.

Kenzie Weiler made sure she went out as a champion. Cedar Springs senior distance runner won the 3,200-meter run at the Division 2 state finals at Zeeland. Weiler had a time of 10:41.98.

Camron Nelson capped off her track season in championship style for Forest Hills Eastern.
