With the completion of the 2014 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships, June 11-14, the lid has closed on the 2013-14 season for Eastern Michigan University's women's track and field team. The team finished the year third in the Mid-American Conference both indoors and outdoors, and sent four competitors to the NCAA East Regional, May 29-31 in Jacksonville, Fla., while three went on to Eugene, Ore. for the NCAA Outdoor Championships during the outdoor campaign. Overall, the team saw seven broken records, two First Team All-American performances, and two Second Team All-Americans named during the indoor and outdoor seasons.
