SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The Lawrence Technological University (LTU) men's cross country team is set to start the season on Saturday, September 5 at the Eastern Michigan University meet at Eagle Crest. The Blue Devils finished a program best sixth at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Championships last season. 

"Our ultimate goal this season is to qualify as a team for the NAIA National Cross Country Championships in North Carolina," LTU Head Coach Eric Green said. "Our next goal is to have our guys qualify for the meet individually.  We had our first ever individual qualifier last year with Graham Elliott (JR/Linden, MI) and he is itching to get back again this year as a junior."
