Cornerstone University sophomore, Julie Oosterhouse has been named the NAIA National Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week for her performance at the Grand Valley State University Big Meet, February 8-9. 

Oosterhouse was selected for the award from among all NAIA Conference Athlete of the Week nominations. 

Julie raced to four automatic national qualifying performances at the meet in the 600 meters, 800 meters, distance medley relay and the 4 x 400 meter relay.

Going into the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Indoor Championships this Saturday, Oosterhouse leads the WHAC in all the middle distance events: 600 meters, 800 meters, 1000 meters and the mile.
