Meet Central The 24th-ranked Wolverines will preview the NCAA Great Lakes Regional course against 19 other nationally ranked programs on Friday (Oct. 12, 12:40 p.m. CDT) at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational.

Brendon Blacklaws, a 2011 All-Great Lakes Region runner, returned to the course for the first time this season for the Wolverines, finishing 45th overall at the Notre Dame Invitational.

Nine members of the 26th-ranked Wolverines will compete at the 8,000-meter Notre Dame Invitational on Friday (Sept. 28) at 5 p.m.

Mason Ferlic was named the Big Ten Athlete of the Week after placing sixth with a career-best time at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational on Sept. 22.

No. 21 U-M's five scorers each finished within the top 25, led by Mason Ferlic's sixth-place finish, to help the Wolverines take fourth at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational.

The 21st-ranked Wolverines will compete out of state for the first time this season, racing at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational on Saturday (Sept. 22) at 10 a.m.

For the second straight race, James Yau was Michigan's top finisher, pacing the seven-man squad with his 22nd-place finish.
