We've reached our number nine moment or storyline of our Top 10 recap of 2012-13. In this installment, we relive a cross country storyline with the meet recap that capped off a fantastic back-and-forth battle between two great friends and teammates, Anthony Butler and Marcell Houston. Butler, a senior in 2012-13, and Houston, pushed each other, and the rest of the team, to new heights last season. For their efforts, both shared the Marygrove 8K record at one point during the season. In the end, Butler would go out on top as the school record holder with a time of 27:44. The time would hold through the end of the season as Butler, Houston and the men's cross country team finished the season with an eighth place finish in the WHAC.
