[Women's Outdoor Track & Field] Saline High School's Amanda Luurtsema inks with SAUPublished by
Spring Arbor University Women's Cross Country and Track & Field Director, Mark Miller recently announced the signing of Saline High School (SHS) graduate, Amanda Luurtsema. Luurtsema participates in the 100 meter, 200 meter sprints, as well as the 4x100m relay and 4x200m relay. She also competed for the Spirit Pre Club track team. Luurtsema was a member of the state champion 12 and 13 - 4x100m relay team, which would then go on to compete at the national level. "We are happy to have Amanda join SAU she brings a excitement for God and people along with a sprint experience at a high level," said Miller. "Amanda is a decorated athlete having achieved All-Conference, All-Region, All-State and All-Nation honors." Amanda is the daughter of Phil and Mavis Luurtsema.
