[Women's Outdoor Track & Field] Women's Track signs Ellie Reynolds of Lakewood High School

Spring Arbor University Women's Cross Country and Track & Field Director, Mark Miller, recently announced the signing of Woodland, MI native, Ellie Reynolds.  Reynolds is a 2013 graduate from Lakewood High School (LHS)and participates in the 100 meter and 300 meter hurdles, as well as the 4x100 and 4x200 meter relays.

Reynolds is a four year varsity letter winner for track.  In 2010 she was the leading points earner for her team and was named Outstanding Freshman.  In 2011, she was recognized as the Outstanding Sophomore.  In 2012, she was given All State honors in the 4x200 and was named the MVP Sprinter for LHS. 

Reynolds capped off her senior year campaign by being recognized, again, with All State honors in the 100 and 300 hurdles, scoring the most points for her team and was named the over-all MVP for Lakewood.  Reynolds owns the school record in the 300m hurdles.

"We are very excited to have Ellie be a part of Spring Arbor University," said Miller.  "She will bring valuable experience from the state level in the hurdles and relays."
