We had fr and guys returning from injury only go through 6k vs entire 8k.  The top for us today were pack running and some in that group were going tempo pace.  We chose to "workout in a uniform" to work on pack running and to ease guys coming of injury into their more intense training.  Goal is to be at our best by Nov 9. 

We had some great things come out of this meet for our squad.  Grace is the sight for the league championship.  With none of us, including coaches, ever racing at Grace, we got a great look at the course as we prepare to return for League championship.  I feel the pack running strengthened our TEAM and was a big stride forward to be the best we can be for League.  We can't control our finish or how other do but can do all we can do to be ready. 

I was really proud of how the guys showed restraint, discipline and were looking out for the "pack".
