ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Oakland men's and women's cross country teams capped off their 2011 campaign by earning three athletes on the All-Summit League list as Brittni Hutton earned her second straight first team selection after finishing fourth at the league meet. Lia Jones finished 11th at The Summit League Championship to earn her second consecutive all-league honor and Kenny Wall earned a 13th-place finish to grab his second All-Summit League second team selection. The Golden Grizzlies earned 29 top-10 finishes on the year, highlighted by Lia Jones winning her second Golden Grizzly Open of her career. Oakland will look to improve on their 2011 season as they will host The Summit League Championships for the first time since 2004.
