WESTERVILLE, Ohio -- The Lawrence Technological (Mich.) University men's cross country team ran a split squad this past weekend running at Otterbein (Ohio) University invite in Westerville, Ohio.  The team scored 271 points to take 11th out of 17 teams. 

The competition at the meet consisted of many NCAA Division III teams with a couple of NAIA schools and club teams.  Malik Jordan (SO/Wayne, Mich.) was LTU's top finisher taking 27th of 215 runners on the 8,000 meters course with a time of 28:01.  He was followed by Brendon Koch (42nd 28:38), John Bowen II (FR/Williamston, Mich.) (57th 29:02), Jimmy Hoefler (85th 29:43), Tanner Flint (JR/Corinth, NY) (100th 30:13), Sam Toward (JR/Ortonville, MI) (109th 30:26), and Jake Bonacorsi (111th 30:26)
