(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Cardinals' women's Track and Cross Country teams are pleased to welcome Leigh McRobbie as the newest Cardinal. Leigh is a 2011 graduate of Brighton High School. She was a four year member of the Varsity Swim Team at Brighton. She is now switching over from swimming to running. Though the two sports are different, they have one extremely important similarity, cardiovascular strength. "We are expecting Leigh to have a smooth transition from swimming to running," said Coach Steve Montgomery.

Leigh will be majoring in Psychology and minoring in Religious Studies here at Concordia. She attends Pleasant Valley Church. Her parents are Stuart and Angela McRobbie. She has three sisters, JoAnne, Ellie, and Niamh.
