GRAND RAPIDS, MI -- The women's cross country team raced to a 6th place team finish this past Friday night at the Michigan Intercollegiate Championships hosted by Calvin College.

The Michigan Intercollegiate Championships always attracts many of the best teams from within the State of Michigan and this year was no exception. With five of the top division I, II, and III schools participating in the meet; along with ranked schools from the NAIA, this year's field was loaded with great competition as a total of 22 complete teams competed for the rights to say they are the best in Michigan.
