When planning the Asics Sand Shark Invitational presented by Mortgage Network, University of South Carolina Beaufort cross country coach Larry Kimball knew he wanted to incorporate some sort of initiative to highlight the NAIA Champions of Character program — some way for his team to give back to the community that supports it.
