First to cross the finish line for Concordia was freshmen, Ryan Bjellquist-Ledger in a time of 29:12. "Ryan ran a solid race today," said Coach Steve Montgomery. "He is back on track, and looked strong out there. He was our stand out performance of the day," he added.
The next Cardinal to finish was senior, Gary (Will) Cantrell, with a time of 30:08. Cantrell was followed closely by senior, Martell Buchanan, with a 30:29. "These two guys ran so well last weekend, but today was a little rough for them," Montgomery said. "They will be back on track next week," he added.
The team was rounded out by freshmen, Alex Kitchin, sophomore Andrew Belt, and junior, Ryan Walton. "These guys didn't have their best run of the season, but next week will be a better week for them as well," Coach Montgomery said.
