Brittany Green had a good day for the Golden Eagles finishing the day in fourth place after the first four events of the Women's Heptathlon.  Green finished third in the opening event (100 Meter Hurdles) with a time of 15:37 which earned her 793 points.  Green finished scored 577 points in the High Jump clearing 4' 9.5".  Brittany finished third in the Shot Put with a mark of 36' 4.75" on her last attempt and earned 601 points.  Green finished the day with a seventh place finish in the 200 Meter Dash and earned another 788 points for a total of 2759 points on the day to place her in fourth place.  Breanna Leslie of Azusa Pacific lead the competition with 3238 points.  The women's 4 x 800 Meter Relay team ran a 9:31.33 and failed to advance to the finals of that event today.
